Meridian is responsible for the personal data described here. You can reach us at our contact form.

• Founding applications: company, your name, email, website, monthly marketing budget and the goal you describe.
• Client accounts: contact details for your team, and the campaign and performance data from the ad, analytics and email accounts you connect.
• Technical data: your IP address and basic request information, used to limit abuse of our forms and keep the service secure.

• To review and respond to your application.
• To plan, run and report on your campaigns.
• To record campaign learnings, as described in our Terms.
• To secure our website and prevent spam.

We use a small number of service providers to run Meridian:

• Supabase stores application and account data.
• Anthropic provides the AI models our agents use to produce your work.
• Our website hosting provider serves this site and handles requests to it.

We share only the data each provider needs for its task. We do not sell personal data.

We keep application data while we assess your application and for a reasonable period afterwards. We keep client data for as long as you are a client and as required for legal and accounting purposes. You can ask us to delete your data sooner.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• access the personal data we hold about you
• correct or update it
• delete it
• export it in a portable format
• object to or restrict certain processing

To make a request, contact us at our contact form. We respond within 30 days.

This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies. If we add cookies, for example to sign in to the client dashboard, we will update this policy first.

We protect data with encrypted connections, server-only database writes and rate limiting on our forms. No system is perfectly secure, so we will notify you without undue delay if a breach affects your data.

When we update this policy we change the date at the top of the page.
